Bio

With an eclectic vocal range, this daring singer is not afraid to mix genres in her musical approach. Jocelyn’s vocal forté has its foundation in Rock, R&B, Jazz, and Pop and often steps outside her comfort zone. “Musicians pull elements from different genres all the time and it’s a nice surprise when two or more unexpected styles are combined and an unforgettable piece is created.”

Jocelyn Condé, also known as Xelyn, was introduced to music at a very young age. Her love for singing began as a toddler in the Philippines. And as unfamiliar as the English language may have been to Jocelyn, her move to California from the Phillippines proved her adaptability to a variety of circumstances. Ironically, she learned how to speak the English language through popular songs played at local radio stations in San Francisco.
